vision
Our focus is on identifying and studying current problems in the army of Ukraine Armed Forces. NGO Intention goal is to promote the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of military personnel by improving Ukrainian legislation, including during martial law.
mission
Implementation of comprehensive and high-quality reforms in the army aimed at improving the effectiveness of personnel, ensuring guarantees and conditions for full rehabilitation after discharge, and forming an army reserve from among discharged military personnel with combat experience who were discharged after a fixed term of service.
Activities of the NGO Intention
Our activities focus on three main areas:
Fixed terms of service
We have outlined the rationale for the terms of service, the mechanism for the gradual and sequential replacement of military personnel, and the guarantees and rights after discharge.
Analytics
We identify and describe issues based on research, opinion polls, the experience of other countries, and analysis of relevant draft legislation.
Press conference
We hold public discussions to highlight issues, find solutions, and exchange opinions among invited guests, including experts, military personnel, veterans, and government officials.
Media
Analytics, surveys, analysis of draft laws
We want you to have access to all the analytics and data we find that describe the issues in the army, namely everything related to fixed-term service. We not only identify and outline the problem, but also offer possible solutions. We are for open communication and public awareness.
